Case Description: Unusual patterns observed in subject's behavior

The date is October 10th, 2025.

Subject is displaying actions which do not conform to regular protocol as enforced by our department. The charges put forward include: General Inconsistency, Inconsistency in Schedule, Inconsistency in Routine, Self Sabotage, Excessive Impulsivity.

This record is intended to bring the pixel art portfolio of subject L0cust++ (will be referred to as either "locust" or "the subject" for the rest of this record) as of this current day to the attention of the department. The subject has 3 main outlets for their social media posts. The subject's behavior presents unusual behaviors, some of which could indicate a serious breach in protocol and may further indicate that immediate action may be necessary. The first record entry that is traceable to the subject is dated to October 26th 2024, and the last entry dates to August 19th 2025, although there is reason to believe other such records exist from before this period. This is Agent FOXTROT.

The record begins on October 26, 2024, in which four posts are made.

"Some swords trying to emulate styles associated with different cultures." October 26, 2024.

"HK416 & Glock19" (two images are given) October 26, 2024.

"Benelli Lupo" (two images are given) October 26, 2024.

"Glock 19 first person view, trying to animate this shooting etc." October 26, 2024.

The posts have common reoccurring attributes, including the depiction of weapons, most being displayed from a side profile. However, it can be observed that the subject of swords are abandoned in favor of firearms in the next two posts, also abandoning the format of pixel size, which account for two counts of Inconsistency of Routine, after which the side profile perspective is abandoned in favor of a first person perspective, which accounts for an additional case of Inconsistency in Routine. All in all there are three violations of DOCA enforced protocol in these four posts alone. 

At this point locust takes a break from drawing more weapon-related artworks, and four days later begins to make pixel art inspired by Pokémon trading cards, which are Inconsistency of Schedule and Inconsistency of Routine, respectively.

It appears that the art is based on this Pokémon trading card which was released around the same time:

"Custom Shiny Xerneas Card ⭐" (two images are given) November 3, 2024. 

It does not appear that this art is based on an existing Pokémon trading card, despite depicting a Pokémon character (named Xerneas). This indicates a diversion from the expected as laid out from their previous post (where an existing trading card is undeniably referenced), accounting for one count of Inconsistency of Routine. Also of note is the constellation in the background as well as the horizon line, which is accurate to what the night sky looked like on November 1st, 2024, the same date that this post was made. The positions indicate that it was portrayed in the perspective of someone in the eastern part of the world. It is unusual since this detail is not mentioned whatsoever anywhere, despite the inclusion of it posing nothing other than reflecting positively for the subject. This behavior has been recorded as one count of Self Sabotage.

Afterwards there are no posts until March 21, 2025, which is a full 4 month break, which accounts for one count of Inconsistency of Schedule. After which the following posts are made, both titled "sketch":

This is a departure from the trading card motif as locust previously established, one count of Inconsistency of Routine. Another point of contention is that it is difficult to tell what exactly is depicted in these posts. They both appear to show large-bodied humanoid creatures with enlarged shoulders and without any particular detail on the face apart from the eyes. Protrusions from the head are also visible in both figures. No account of violating protocol can be applied unless it can be ascertained that these figures are referenced from separate sources. If the reader of this document recognizes either figure, they are instructed to inform DOCA.

On the same day, the following post is made containing three images.

"Some ocs" (three images are given) March 21, 2025.

Let it be known that "oc" is an abbreviation for "original character", this is a common term used in art communities hence the reason the subject felt no need to clarify. This has been deemed acceptable by the committee. The post was captioned "Some ocs". There appears to be multiple reoccurring elements between these images, although it may have been better to post each image within their own posts, unfortunately no violations can be made on this account. 

"Zero mortal plan?" (two images are given) March 21, 2025.

The caption appears to be referencing a Japanese cartoon called "Dragon Ball Super". These illustrations are still in line with the theme of those previously posted.

Appears to be more Dragonball related artwork. Asked my friend Doug and he said it "looked chill". More of the same so I guess so goes without saying no violations or anything.

This is the first appearance of subject's oc Steve. He's got eyes like this >< and what appears to be eyebags under the eyes. Style is the same so I guess it gets a pass.

"sketch" April 12, 2025.

This one is titled sketch but it clearly isn't a sketch. It's like a japanese street or something. Also there's a weird time jump from this post and the last one so count of routine inconsistency. Also one violation for misinformation because this is not a sketch *(I have been informed this is not a valid count of protocol violation so I guess I gotta take this out later). 

"Wanted to try drawing this cover in my style" April 12, 2025.

So this is fanart of Sakamoto Days, dude has a gun and a knife and he's upside down I think. Then again this doesn't look like anything the subject has drawn before so it's a count of inconsistency. Also the yellow is hurting my eyes so that's a count of attack on my eyes. *(I was yelled at in the directors office for this line. Everybody's so strict in this building it's boring. I want to keep it in just to see his reaction lol) 

"High Voltage" April 15, 2025.

This one is fanart for Jojo's Bizarre Adventure, safe to say this guy likes Japanese anime. Bothered to put a makeshift background this time it would seem. Anyways pretty much same theme as last post so this gets an a-okay from me.

"It's Hero Time!" April 20, 2025.

This is fanart of American TV show Ben 10. But it is still fanart. Does that count as inconsistency? None of the rules here make sense. I'm gonna say no violations here.

"wip" May 8, 2025.

The title "wip" appears to stand for "Work in Progress", a common phrase used by artists online. The image included is a screenshot of some editing software, which is unprecedented, as well as the showing of unfinished art. Both necessitate counts of Inconsistency of Routine. The art being drawn appears to include trading cards, which were established previously.

Another post with the "wip" title. More work on the previously shown art. Although it has been noticed that the seemingly random dots and lines on the cards are actually binary text. This was not mentioned by the subject, thus leading to one count of Self Sabotage. It should also be noted that these pieces were never finished, although the title would indicate that they would be eventually. Thus, another count of Self Sabotage is added.

The first and only untitled post from Locust. It appears to be an up-close picture of some teeth and gums. That being said a count of Inconsistency of Routine is in order for the lack of title, and another count of Inconsistency of Routine for the subject matter.

This post was shared on only one platform. One count of Self Sabotage. As the title suggests, this is a self portrait of the subject Locust themselves. No eyes are present, matter of fact, no features other than hair or skin are visibly illustrated. One count of Inconsistency of Routine.

"P90" June 4, 2025.

Shared 17 days after the previous post is another firearm illustration, one count of Inconsistency of Schedule. The firearm is pointing in the opposite direction as all other previously drawn firearms, and also features a solid-color bright green background not featured before. The color palette appears to be very similar to that of the post "HK416".

Another "work in progress" post. Take note of the background illustrated in this piece.

"Night stroll" June 9, 2025.

And the eventual end product. This is the only known work in progress post to have seen a finished state from the subject. It is safe to say that there is a good chance a post made as a work in progress will most likely be abandoned. The background in this illustration is also completely different to what was sketched in the previous version, clearly the concept was not working out and promptly abandoned by the subject in favor of a simpler layout. It can also be observed near the head of the figure in the illustration that there are gaps between the outer and inner lines, probably as a result of improper scaling for the purpose of posting to social media. No grounds for a violation but sloppy to say the least.

"Sketch - probably won't finish" June 16, 2025.

The title "Sketch - probably won't finish" would suggest that this was a work in progress piece, however since the subject lost interest in seeing it through. Only 3 colors are present, which is the smallest number of colors used for an illustration thus far concerning the subject.

NOTE: This document is unfinished for the sake of brevity and perhaps a second extension will be made in the future. Or perhaps not. There are people actively trying to stop my hard work of documenting violators of Department/Board Protocol, deeming it unnecessary and a waste of time. They don't understand the good work I am doing here. I'm helping those in need of help when nobody else will. You'll see. You'll all see...

DIRECTOR COMMENTS

What is this supposed to be exactly? How did this find it's way to my desk? The whole thing is a mess. And I should reiterate: the Department of Control and Assimilation (or DOCA) is not a real department at our board, and we have no such protocols as listed in this paper. Agent FOXTROT is obviously some sort of mentally unstable control freak who tries to pretend he's doing real work but does nothing other than make himself look like an intolerable nerd. If he has time to write up papers like this I think it's safe to say we should reevaluate his workload. What are we nitpicking some person's art portfolio for anyways? Definitely not the kind of work we should be doing at the board. Do we even have an Agent BRAVO? I've never seen anyone like that, let alone chewed out in my office. Doesn't sound like somebody we would hire anyways.

Please trash this document ASAP and make sure nothing of the sort makes it onto my desk ever again. Submit FOXTROT for a mental evaluation. Also I guess we could check the members list for the existence of an Agent BRAVO.
