Depression

I had an episode once where I didn't see anyone for 6 months and it was hard to get up and take a shower 😅 I would get irritable easily and I actually Punched a hole in the wall from being so annoyed. Depression is so draining 😤😮‍💨. It's like an invisible wizard just sucking up all your magic powers up 🫠
