1st debate club meeting !

today was the first debate club meeting and after like the introduction of the club to the new people, we got straight into our first topic and it was a topic we also did on the first meeting last year, whether or not therian deserve rights. this was a MAJOR topic for me as an alterhuman (i don’t identify as a therian) so i went IN on debating….  the arguments brought up could so easily be disproved like litter boxes in schools but most people weren’t even willing to listen. hot take i guess, everyone deserves rights no matter what you identify as, didn’t think that was something to be debated !
