Calzones are amazing

Tonight I went out to eat for the first time in a while and I LOVE pizza and calzones. I was craving a calzone so I got a two topping calzone and for the price it's unbelievable. Andouille sausage and Canadian bacon are the toppings of choice for this calzone, but it doesn't end there. The dough is cooked/baked into a fine soft yet somehow crispy golden pizza crust, then glazed with a well made garlic butter. My favorite part? The sprinkles of mozzarella with mozzarella balls that slowly fall apart and melt into the golden crust. Such a delectable dinner I do say. Very enjoyable with ranch or marinera sauce.
