Life update

I'm no longer using social media. Now you might be saying "aren't you literally using spacehey right now". Yes, I'm trying to get rid of app social media. Instagram and TikTok are the main ones that I'm getting rid of, if I can't access it on a computer or if it barely works on a computer, then I'm not using it.

TikTok is not made for the computer and Instagram barely works on my computer so I'm not using them. Snapchat I am gonna keep because that's the only way I can talk to certain people. But I just want to go back to old tech and older internet.

Spacehey is my main way of staying in touch with the old internet so it's nice that this is around. I'm currently trying to download all my songs that I have on Spotify so I can put it on an SD card and use an mp3 player. I'm back to using tumblr and Pinterest more because they aren't like TikTok and insta.

I just don't like the new internet. The internet has never been a great or holier than thou place, but the new internet is more hateful than I could ever imagine and tech is just moving too fast, so I'm trying to slow down.

I want to go back to a time where I was barely conscious in the living sense, but the internet wasn't as big of a hellscape as it is now. I want life to be simple and I'm just gonna have to do that myself if I want to slow down.

Anyways, I will continue to post this is just a life update that I need some of my irl friends to know, I hope you all have a great day and stay cool.
