Halloween Stuffed Bell Peppers

Was going through a bunch of food blogs that were posted on our friends server and found these really cute Jack o lantern stuffed peppers!!! Aaaa it’s so cute!!

We’re thinking about making these for Halloween now!! We’ll be filling them with Soja, tofu, tomato and oat cheese. We posted it on Digg yesterday and someone mentioned that the site we found them doesn’t have the best recipes, so we’re gonna try cutting the faces but leaving the pieces in while it cooks in the oven that way the cuts retain their shape when cooking.

As for the sauce, what kind of sauce could we make that looks like blood but tastes good? Lmaoo such a weird thing to ask but tis Halloween! 👻 🎃 also any other Halloween themed food we should make as sides?
