My neighbour past away recently, i knew her since i was 2~4 she was a very nice and unique woman that really loved cats i wasn't super close with her, but i still liked her a lot since i was little she was a hoarder with a unique sense of fashion, she was very interesting she was a head nurse that loved her job deeply her niece, who is the main family member she was in good terms with, was having a hard time getting rid of all of her things me and my mom helped her, she let me take a few things, which was very nice of her :] i am very grateful that she let me take some things, i do love my knick-knacks i will show you guys some of the interesting things i got tomorrow she really loved east Asian art-work, she had such interesting things around her house walking into her apartment felt like walking back in time, i honestly felt like i was 5 years old again in my grandmas house i took some photos (with permission) of things i found interesting and/or nostalgic
i felt very melancholy being in her place, i don't really know how else to describe it if there's a heaven, she's up there with her kitty i will remember her through the things i was allowed to keep
The vibes from these photos, the stories from the past...
Reminds me of my kindergarten days where we were very close to our neighbour upstairs. One time they gave me a fluffy duck plushie and lots of stuff in my birthday.
