Update on life

okay so a lot has happened lol. uhm, i lowkey don’t remember what i wrote last time, but it’s okay. today i went to jujitsu classes and also did muay thai — it was so tiring. from now on i’ll just call muay thai “MT” because i’m too lazy, but it was really fun. i’m super tired now, but i’m improving and have learned a lot of new skills, so i’m proud of myself hehe.

on another note, i’ve started drinking two Monsters a day, which is crazy because before, that much caffeine would’ve made me tweak out. now it’s just a regular amount for me. i hope it’s not bad for me lol — i don’t think it is, unless it messes with my sleep… which it kinda has been, but oh well. that’s future me’s problem to deal with.

lastly, i’ve been talking to this girl and she’s really sweet. she actually replies to me — whattt, crazy right?! that’s what i thought! but that’s probably just because i’ve been on the cesspool that is Hinge. it’s actually so bad there, but i’m optimistic for the future.

Sugar and caffeine in high amounts can cause inflammation in joints, etc. Might want to skip the monsters and look into some teas or juices.

We all need a vice or two, everything in balance and all that. But you might want to build your diet around your workout.
