im struggling with my depression a lot more the last few weeks but today i got out of bed and cleaned my room. i am taking this as a big win even though its only a small thing because celebrating the the little wins in life like going to the gym when you dont want to or getting out of bed to lean your room or to shower when your in a depressive episode helps to get us through this thing we call life
has anyone else any little things that help them cope?
