Students' Complains

Hello! I wanted to write a small vent (I think) about school. But not the usual type, I want to vent about students instead of teacher or school itself.

(English is not my first language, please forgive me if I don't make sense or I have bad grammar T_T) 

So, first of all. I'm the first one to complain about school; I don't like to study, do homework or wake up early, but it gets to a point. 

It really annoys me those people who blame it all on the system or teachers and think they're the victims. 

"Why can't we just study something that is really important and usefull instead of this?" We do, but you just don't give a fuck. Also, everything taught at school is not useless. Of course, you're not going to use the periodic table as a lawyer, but you need to know it just as much as the rest of the subjects to get a base for your future profession. You may not need it, but others will do. 

"It shouldn't be mandatory to read a book or write an essay" Yet, you can't use 'your' and 'you're' properly. (I know that some people can have problems with that for different reasons, it's just an example) 

"Why do we have to study history if it doesn't affect nowadays?" It actually does. And also, because you always talk about "politics" and don't even know what capitalism is; to give an example. 

In addition, it's not just a matter of the "use" of the things you learn, it's a matter of developing your brain. 

Another thing that pisses me off is when they blame everything on the teachers. 

"What did I even do?" You've been talking since the beginning of the class. 

"X teacher has it in for me." No they don't. And if they do, is justifiably. Again, you've been talking and bothering during the whole class, and not just today. 

"It's not our fault if we loose half of the class every day, with some other teachers we always stay quiet." Oh, so now is the teacher's fault if you don't have any respect? 

To resume. Yeah, school can be stressful and boring, but you have absolutely no right to complain about it when you don't even try. When you skip class, when you don't ever listen to the teachers, when you are disrespectful or when you never do your homework and watch TikTok all day. Actually, that's a big disrespect and lack of empathy for those who really have struggles on different areas.
