instagram shadow ban problem

i'm shadowbanned on instagram because i disappeard for almost 1 year from it, now everytime i post something it gets barely likes or views and i use a decent amount of hashtags but still idk what to do, does anyone know how to fix it? my insta is @kittyoshie
