For a long time, I hid a part of myself. (I used to s📧lf‑harm but I kept it secret from everyone.)
In real life, I had very few friends, and most of the time it felt like no one really understood me. I also had some online friends, but mostly, I was on my own.
Slowly, I started to heal.💫 I tried new hobbies, did sports🥊, drew✏️, and spent time with myself. I began to love who I am and realized that being alone doesn’t have to be scary.🩶🪽
🌟 I can finally share what I went through, and that feels freeing. Healing takes time, but it’s possible — especially when you give yourself the care and attention you deserve.
