Okay okay so like hear me out if we were to take all the worst criminals in the world at the moment like death row criminals kill them with like lethal injection or like something like that and then cook them and just feed them to like cannibals like what did that solve cannibalism like these cannibals wouldn't have to be going out and killing people you know what I mean like we're getting rid of more murders and in turn we're giving like you know people to eat things I don't know...

Disregarding the moral implications of "feeding caniballs criminals so they don't kill people and criminals die" and of death penalty itself, that wound't even be a sustainable way of "feeding the cannibals. Here are the reasons:
-Acording to the Death Penalty Information Center, 1641 have been executed in death row in the US since 1973, which averages 31 per year
-A average human is worth about 126000 calories (give or take), so each year death row would produce an average of 3906000 calories worth of human flesh per year, or around 10700 per day
-An average human needs 2200 calories a day to keep up normal bodily function, so death row would be able to feed between 4-5 cannibals for a day
-I wasn't able to find any verifiable data on active cannibals in the US (because why would someone research such a thing) but i am pretty sure its more than 5
In conclusion, your idea is pratically and morally wrong in any verifiable aspect. i'd suggest you go seek therapeutic treatment.
