Im having a mental breakdown

So i was chilling in my room right? what could go wrong? well.. Most of us know the game Project sekai. I just got the new song "ARE YOU OKAY?" bc it sounded really cool. I started the game, two seconds passed by and my fingers were already WASTED! I seriously need help. (i was playing on hard.) I quit project sekai (CAP!)
