a bit of a boring post because I need to re-do my page + code a blog post layout.. anywho
recently I've just been feeling like I'm not making the most of being a teen. Like- I know movies are unrealistic and all that, but I want to idk have a real relationship and break rules or whatever. everything about my life is weird or odd— I just want something normal? I'm using normal but really there's not a word for it. like all I do is go to school, theatre (which deserves a post of its own), school, homework, work, and then I do more homework because junior year is hell on earth, get maybe an hour of sleep, and then repeat.
like my family is shitty. beyond shitty. I've found a lot of comfort in these two teachers at my school so they're like more family than my biological one. my friends are so cool, but I'm not really worried about friends? if that makes sense? like I love them and I know they'll always be there. my brain is seriously messed up (I think I have really bad depression– can't get it diagnosed because of shitty parents but whatever-). I just want something that isn't shitty I guess? I dunno. maybe all the media I consume is finally getting to my brain..
anywho cute single ppl in my area wya!!!! please!!!!
thats all for now.. atlas out!!

Go out and meet people before it’s too late. Seriously, as someone who’s now 18 and wasted their years

I completely feel you and you shouldn’t feel like you’re missing out because it’s up to you how you go about your teens. I was the same I recently graduated and I felt like I wasted my entire highschool experience but at the end of the day it’s better to be contempt then to force yourself to do stuff you don’t want to do. Junior year is hard and draining but senior year will be better trust and don’t worry about missing out because if you don’t feel comfortable in an environment then don’t try and force it. If you want you can still try out new things in senior year or changing your surroundings but don’t force it and trust that it will get better and if there’s something you feel you want to try you should def try it out because it will be better then graduating with regrets. Any way sorry if this is shit advice but I felt compelled to comment since I felt the exact way you described in this blog. <333
dw this is definitely good advice.. tysm 💗💗
