We appreciate the opportunity to have considered you for the role, but at this time we are no longer considering your application for this posting. As I've said in my previous blogs, I've done everything I can in the past and make people happy and I do everything I can to get a job but no one wants to hire me even when they say that they need to hire me. I can work but nobody wants to hire me and I don't know why. I do everything in my power that I'm supposed to do and they don't want to hire me. What else am I supposed to do?

It could be that someone with more experience applied, or an existing employee moved into the position, or they just didn’t feel you had the necessary experience.
If you felt you had a good interview, you could call and ask off the record if there was something in particular that made them think you were a bad fit.
Many places will be hiring seasonal help for the holidays and that can be a good way to get your foot in the door on a trial basis.
Your local unemployment office may also be able to help you find work or training to build your resume.
I appreciate that, I'll look into that.
