Ruba Hammad, A Palestinian mother

Ruba is a mother in Gaza struggling to feed her daughter and disabled Mother, Ruba's daughter Lana struggles with a chronic heart disease that continues to go untreated. Ruba's mother was paralyzed after a bomb hit their home, the rest of her family passed away when the bomb's struck first on October 7th. Lana's health is deteriorating without food, water and the medicine she needs. Currently Ruba, Lana, And Ruba's mother are living in a tent with 15 other people they don't know.
