I would advise everyone to do nothing once in a while.
Turn off the lights.
Open a window.
Sit in darkness.
With no distractions, think about anything you want. Although, I enjoy spending a bit of time trying not to think about anything at all.
I love to just sit and think, but to truly take a break from everything I found that focusing on absolutely nothing is the best.
Let yourself have no thoughts at all for a few minutes.
When you come back to thinking, you will feel refreshed.
You will feel as if you woke up for the first time.
You will focus better.
You will enjoy everything better.
If you do not want to do this, remember that starting is the hardest part. It may seem boring, but boredom is important. Boredom gets things done, boredom really makes you think.
Go do it.
If not everyday, just once.
Try it once, focus on nothing.
Let yourself just experience.
Let yourself rest.
Let yourself relax, you deserve it.
Do nothing.
Forget anything exists.
