I've seen some people on here sharing their art so I figured why not do that too? I've finished my latest upcycling project - A fuzzy vest made out of 5 years old barely used shein hoodie. I'm rlly proud of that one (°▽°)☆
It's one of few projects I actually finished and I managed to finish it in the span of 4 days. The alterations included: cutting off the sleeves, altering the width to have a skinnier fit, adding a zipper and a tail. The bunny ears were already part of the hoodie before the alterations. I decided to alter that hoodie because if was made out of poor quality material that was a torture to wear because of how hot it was while simultanously having cutouts on shoulders which made going out in the wild in this hoodie impossible cause it was not warm enough so I just cut the problematic sleeves altogether. I encourage everyone to try altering some clothes they barely use to fit their preferences more, everyone buys a shit ton of clothes while having tons of good bases in their closets already. And aside from the benefits of spending less money on clothing - it's a lot of fun! :D
And before someone here says "oh I wish I could do that but I don't have a sewing machine!" - I did the whole project by hand. Unfortunately my sewing machine is not suitable for any fabric thicker than 1/3 of a milimeter so it was basically useless in this project. I did stab myself like a million times with a needle cause of my lack of experience but it was totally worth it LMAO
Also ignore the mess behind me plz :V
