Do you Ever Fell Like....

I really need to get this off my chest, so please forgive what I'm about to say.

Do you ever feel like telling the whole world to go fuck itself and completely disengaging from it all together??

That is where I’m at with Corporate America and the political landscape.

Corporations don’t care about your talent, loyalty, or performance record. One bad day in YEARS of outstanding service and they are screaming at you and ready to kick you to the curb.

In 4 years at this bank, I have been in 4 different departments due to staffing cuts, jobs shipped over seas, FTEs being made contractors while having their pay literally cut in half, no PTO/vacation/days off, ec. 4 years of day in and day out of horrible leadership and terrible business decisions from the C Suite all while they create and encourage the most TOXIC working environments.

One bad day of burnout and I am screamed at, cursed out, and verbally abused all while being told I have to be "professional".

I now FULLY understand Gen Z’s quiet quitting and disengagement and I am now joining their ranks.

FUCK CORPORATE AMERICA!!

They are the preverbal snake devouring itself alive and they don't even realize it.
LET THEM!!!
