I made cinnamon apple cake ( ˶ˆᗜˆ˵ )

good afternoon everynyan!!! today I made cinnamon apple cake :3

I actually made it once before, but this time the cinnamon sugar topping actually melted more and the top became smooth but still somewhat crispy! (the dark brown parts are where theres more cinnamon its not burnt I swear)

I also did a mix of thin apple slices, lesser thin apple slices and apple chunks, when in the original recipe it was all thin

I also used the halved (click the 1/2X button on the website's recipe) version of the cake to limit use of ingredients, but I think using the original (1X) recipe would be good since my family likes it lol (also what in the world is a 1/2 egg)

I also whipped up some whipping cream to top the cake later, alot of it ended up being used lols ( ⸝⸝´꒳`⸝⸝)

my family seemed to enjoy it thankfully, but for some reason my mom kept making mistakes like calling it "apple pie" or thinking it was pears and not apples lol

I also have some ice cream in the freezer :3 I combined peach and super berries tea with sugar, salt to remove bitterness and added a bit of cornstarch because apparently it helps make it less icey... hopefully...
