So thankfully my schedule is clearer than I thought it is, I can post today!! Yay!! September was pretty nice, it was chill. I didn't do much at the start, but I did get to photgraph the blood moon lunar eclipse that happened on the 7th!! And on the 11th I got my life series merch (well, only the hoodie, the desk mat is on it's way). I got the watcher logo with the smoke heart hoodie in purple. It's so comfortable.
anyways, on the 18th I went to Beit Guvrin-Maresha!! It's a national park that covers two historical spots. Maresha is an older city, which was around since at least the 9th century BCE, and fell in the 1st century BCE. While Beit Guvrin was a newer town, established some time after Maresha fell, and fell in the 10th century CE (though there is a modern town that exists near it with the same name). It was so cool! Everything there was so cool, it's tough to pick which spot was the best. The agricultural area, the rainwater well, the columbarium, the Edomite bathhouses, the oil mill, the villa with the massive cave beneath used to store water, the sidonian burial caves, the St. Anne church, the bell caves, the the roman amphitheater, the templar fort and the massive roman bathhouse beneath it... It all was so cool.
And on the 28th, I started mandated service. Due to some of my mental health problems I got put in a special basic training course. I REALLY don't like it there, but thankfully it's gonna be over in like a month anyways. It's kinda known the basic training is really harsh compared to the actual service. The other girls are nice though, one of them is even a life series fan!! And she's in the same group as me!! So during breaks I'm doing great.
And that's about all I did this month. Vocal synth release time!
On the 12th, Gumi, Otomachi Una, and Hibiki Koto got Synthesizer V AI 2 updates! They sound AMAZING, Gumi especially is a massive improvement. Not only voice-wise, but design-wise as well! The blue looks good and not jarring/clashing unlike the first design. And I love how frilly it is, while maintaining the sci-fi feel! It's peak. Hibiki Koto's new outfit is cute as well, it has a very similar feel to her SV1 outfit. I feel more summer-y design compared to the SV1 design but is still very her, which is nice.
On the 17th, TOPAZ got a SV2 update, named TOPAZ V2! I am personally on the fence about her. I still really dislike her company and the way they're handling everything, but in this update her voice is nicer. I do like her deeper voice, and how powerful she is, but that's about it.
On the 27th, NAYUTA released on VoiSona! First off- Her design is BEAUTIFUL. The dress is amazing, the colors go really nice together, and the sci-fi motif is wonderfully executed. As for her voice, it's whispery with a cold feel, but she's not a soft vocal which I enjoy. Overall, I like her! She's a really good vocal for variation, and her design is super cute.
On the 30th, NOA got a SV2 update, NOA Hex RDX! I can see that some changes have been done to his design, however I can't find any full design images. But from what I can see, I like the spiky chain! Not sure how I feel about the patch of brown hair however... I liked it more in the original design where it was more like highlights. His voice feels more robotic compared to his original vocal though... It has like, a strong buzz to it. I personally like it, but I know some who prefer more realistic synths who see it as a downgrade. Overall, I still have the same opinion I had of him last time.
Anyways, that's it for this blog! I'm off to play the newest Minecraft drop and go insane over it. Seeya next month!! I will be massively late for the next blog.
