Okay, just f*** the Nintendo | Random Topics to Talk: Part 1

I know this is kind of a negative topic (My friend whoops wrote a blog about negativity on SpaceHey), but I also want to make my voice heard. Now, you know me (or not, I dunno who is reading or looked at my profile), I love Pokemon and my favorite Pokemon is Mimikyu of course. I also love Luigi and Animal Crossing. But, right now Nintendo is literally trying to be the Big Brother of the gaming industry. They are suing right and left, just people made fan games or modded their games because they loved their games. We are talking about fan games here, fan... 

Here's the definition of fan (fanatic): [informal] a person with an obsessive interest in and enthusiasm for something, especially an activity.

They are literally suing their customers! Loyal ones! And they don't even care! And this pisses me of. I hate that the greediest and evilest company has my favorite franchises in their hands. And it's getting worse, oh boy, of course... They are also trying (AND UNFORTUNATELY DOES!) to patent the simple game mechanics so nobody can use these mechanics. AND not all of them are reasonable, like patent on Mounts. And I am saying, they are not going to use that patent for good. They also patented gameplay mechanic of summoning character and letting it fight another. Bruh, that's Yu-Gi-Oh. Fortunately, it only patented the Pokeball mechanic so YU-Gi-Oh cards are safe (I just looked at the patent lol) But, this is of course directed at the Palworld. Palworld did what Nintendon't and Nintensue (I am still talking about the same company) said, "WHAT!? HOW DARE YOU BE BETTER THAN POKEMON!?" And sued them of course. And I learned that if you agreed to their new EULA, congrats now you can't sue Nintendo because Nintendo updated its EULA in May 2025, including a class action waiver that requires users to resolve disputes through individual arbitration rather than class action lawsuits or court. This change prevents users from suing Nintendo in court or participating in group actions. So you are just giving your right to make things right if Nintendo does something irrelevant to your Nintendo account or something because they can. This is just so bizarre. How in the fuck why you do that? I actually know the reason, they don't want to deal with "peasants" whinings. But they can sue the shit out of their peasants because MONEY! They are literally the Disney of the game industry. I actually wanted a Nintendo Switch back then, but now I'll just buy a 3DS and pirate the shit out of the Nintendo (I hope they won't sue me over pirating a game that isn't available to buy anymore, lol). I hope all the bad CEOs die and rot in hell. Because this is just pure evil, doing everything (And I mean EVERYTHING, good or bad) to maximize the profits.
