It stands for: National Security Presidential Memorandum – 7 Trump originally wrote it in October 2017, it was updated to target non-christians and anti-fascists *The phrasing is broad enough to include any leftist, those are just the highlights. How are they enforcing this? All that can be said right now is: They are looking at what people post online, then connecting with them and convincing them to go and commit crimes. *So to really answer the question, it’s with social media posts and private conversations.
