I take joy in celebrating everyday a spiritual festival of victory of light over darkness, good over evil and knowledge over darkness. At times our own light goes away and is rekindled by a spark from another person,
I am grateful for my interaction with all people. Because unbeknownst to them, their interaction ignites my energy, illuminates new prospective for me to reflect on and allows me to think more deeply and more carefully and thus, become a better person. So, yeah, thoughts are food for thought.
Are you hungry today ?

We could always say "food for thought" can be ambiguous too, we could literally partake in consuming food at the same time as we do some research on the internet and learn what is always available.
Indeed !
