in coldtown!!

we made it!! we are officially in coldtown. its so amazing, but let me start from the beginning. (sorry this blog is late!! i had to fix my solar phone charger)

so, onyx and i had chicken alfredo for out last meal. it was SO good. i love alfredo <3 maybe ill even miss it when im a vampire! but anyway, then we headed out. we drove for a while, passing through the checkpoints and such without too much hassle before we got to the coltown.

we went into the office and honestly, i didnt talk a lot. i was pretty nervous and exhausted from driving, so i let onyx deal with the guards. they really tried to turn us away, but onyx just wouldnt let them. af ter all, we knew what we were doing. we went in with the very intention of not coming out. i dont get why some guards cant get that through their heads.

anyway, we proved we werent infected and then they let us bring the truck in with us through some big, weird gate. it had two gates and a sort of airlock thing going on, so people wouldnt get out. we got out of the truck rpetty quickly though, cause there arent any gas stations and the streets are pretty full of stuff. garbage, camps, etc. ill be honest, it wasnt the prettiest thing ever. but id be lying if i said i wasnt more than excited.

were exploring right now, figuring out where to meet our friend here on the inside. i have a weird feeling, but maybe thats just excitement and nerves. 

anyway, we just passed by what i can only assume is suicide square. it was empty in the middle, even without any vampires out there (since daybreak had long passed).

so far, coldtown is everything i thought it would be! im excited for the parties and getting to know people (especially vampires)!
