does true love even exist in our generation?

man sometimes i just wonder if true love is even a real thing or if it’s just something people say to make life feel more exciting. like you see it in movies where two people just “click” and it’s forever, but in real life it feels like everyone’s just breaking up or moving on to the next person. i’ve never even had a girlfriend so maybe i’m just clueless, but it kinda makes me think, like, does that whole soulmate thing actually exist or are people just settling for whoever doesn’t get tired of them too quick?

and honestly i wanna believe it’s real, cause the idea of having someone who actually gets you, who actually wants to be there no matter what, sounds kinda amazing. but then again, how do you even know when you find that? is it instant, like some spark, or is it just years of building up with someone. i can’t tell if love is supposed to feel magical or if it’s just about finding someone you can deal with long enough. right now it just feels like this huge mystery everyone else gets and i’m just stuck watching from the outside, and for the people who are in relationships they HATE it and want to get out so im like wth is going on.

I once saw a bond so strong on a couple that despite their conflicts their fights they never break-up and always try to improve (They're humans after all, duh).
In summary: I think it does exist, some people are practically destined to be together, but it's as rare as finding wood in the universe.

Love was never a "real" thing, true love never existed, if it did, it would never thrive now. To genuinely be loved you have to have the looks. If you are born with out them, you will never experience "true love", lol.

its a q and a now

A: Me and my girlfriend just clicked, we had similar views and both treat each other well. The majority of people don't believe they'll find anyone though, and settle for the boy in class that smells like shit sometimes and smokes a lot of crack (My school has a drug problem) But trust, everyone WILL find someone.
