so yeah I realized a lot of times I just end up making fun of others bc I don't really know how to do jokes and my dad and brother used to do that kind of jokes at me as a kid
also Im negative most of the times
so uhhh,anyone know some way to be better??(more than "just don't do that")

If you see someone with pretty clothes, good hairstyles or whatever something you like on someone, compliment them instentatly. Now complimenting someone Will be an automatism .
