Psych ward experience

Hey everybody :DD It's been almost 2 months since I left the psych ward so I wanted to share my experiences on it! 

I ended up in a psych ward for 2 attempts and sh issues :// (Dw I'm better now!) And it was a very interesting place. Be not mistaken, my psych ward was not of the sort you see in movies or stereotypes, I went to a private ward that had it's own building, courtyard and such. It was very chill tbh lol, it's a 'one-and-done' kind of experience, I don't regret going but I don't want to go back.

The people there were such kind souls it hurts me that this was the place I had to meet them. I had my own friend group of people my age: Amelia, a girl that identified as a boy and she's very kind!! Zuza, very chill and kind person, and Martina that at the start absolutely despises me but at the end was drooling over me :PPP. Then we had Kasper, he was almost 30, I shared a room with him, very chill but intelligent man. He also found a gf there, Isabella, she' also very cool! My 2 favorites must have been Mr. Peter, a very kind and intelligent man that inspired me to get back into art, and Marcus, a man that had 2 sons my age, he is very peaceful and genuine, always had snarky way to reply to someone who annoyed him LOL :DD

My day comprised of a morning warm up, breakfast, meds, group activities, sometimes individual therapy, dinner, more activities, supper, meds and sleeping. We had a lot of free time so I spent it working out, smoking (even tho I wasn't allowed to :PP), drawing and hanging out with others!!

Most doctors and nurses were cool, but there were bad apples that could absolutely ruin your day :// One doctor, the one that wrote me into the ward when I came literally guilt-tripped me and told me that "maybe they can't cure me" I HATE HER >:((

I went out of the ward on 2 weekends back home, where I partied and had my fun!! It was such an interesting point in my life

I wasn't allowed to have my phone there, so I used a 2008 Ipod and a discman to listen to music!!

Other stuff I wanted to mention is that the food was quite mehh, so we often ordered McDonald's, I had gotten into trouble due to smoking 2 TIMES, BOTH BECAUSE OTHERS SNITCHED OR DID SOMETHING DUMB, matters not now

In it's entirety, I had spent 4 weeks there and it may block me from getting a gun permit in the future :(( but at least I can'/ be drafted if things come to shove :P
