Dear diary,
Today I convinced myself to wrote down my dreams, one at a time.
I always though dreams are special. They aren't something that disappear when I wake up: they leave sparks in the air, sometimes they make me feel like I'm a stranger to reality. I'm saying: dreams have meaning, i think.
When the dream started, I was on a road made of pebbles. On my left there where some houses: they were in pieces, abandoned, and it seems like they were built on the top of a hill, with roads to reach the center. On my right, instead, there was the sea, so wide that i couldn't see land; underwater there were other houses, far below. In the distance, upon the water, I was able to see two things: a church tower, and more distant some walls that surround the place I was. (As you can realize, it seems to be a castle half underwater)
I was there, on the road. I wasn't alone: with me there were other four guys. I know them, as I know the kingdom I woke up in. I dreamt about both a hundred times, and still, everytime it happen, I forgot that it is a dream. We never talked to each other, but somehow, we know everything. That time it was night, but the moon was so brilliant that we could see even the walls in the distance. There was a gentle wind, and we were all standing next to the water. We were waiting, without talking, just looking at each other. Then, in a moment, we turned our eyes in the same place, past over the walls. We began jumping in water: some first, some after.
We dive for a long time, even if the water was really cold. Times passed, I can't say how many minutes we spent in that sea. We reached the walls: from near they were huge. We passed trough a little rift, in the past used for defence. We could see some mechanism and a metal gate, half rust. We used the little space beneath them to pass over. Outside we saw a house. It wasn't that big, but it was tall. It was closed by walls, except for one side, that showed a garden out of the water. Only in that moment, I realised the sea of stars above us: it was beautiful. The others were all in front of me, so I tried to dive faster. I was freezing, but finally I reached them. One of my friends land me a hand. I grabbed it, and then I looked up: the stars were more bright than before, and the moon was full, so big it was covering almost third of the visible sky.
Upon that vision, I woke up. I was in my bed, and I realized it was a dream. I got up, and I started doing breakfast. It was early, but I had to go to school.
PS.
I've met them in a lot of other places, but always in dream, never in reality. I really hope I'll find them. I miss them so much.
