literally!!! tho I think the more you try to do small edits the more you'd understand the basic formats.., like I took someone's layout but figured out which areas affect which areas so I can do my own basic edits :D
Ahh thats neat :D maybe one day I'll take the time to teach myself about it, i wouldn't mind making a bunch of cool layouts one day based off some favorite aesthetics of mine :3
