The 2010’s boy band era would of ate as neon pop punk groups

Okay I was listening to some of the average cringey early-mid 2010s boy bands and I swear to god on literally all the songs I heard I was thinking, “Holy shit this would actually sound so good as a neon pop punk song.” Like 5SOS, One Direction, Why Don’t We, bands like that: hear me out okay— like imagine Cobra Star ship took their lyrics and made songs with them. Like omggggg they’d be so good.

Like imagine “Not Another Song About Love” as a neon pop punk song. Mmmmmm. Yummy. I’d have that on repeat.

(Also yes IK a lot of 2010’s boy hands took inspo from neon/pop punk bands so that’s prob why they’d sound good if sung as such.)
