stalking

is it just me or I feel like I'm being stalked? 

okay so story time, yesterday around 12:43 am est time a friend of my ex had friended me on snapchat and just started randomly asking me personal questions and shit and what had got me was when he said "oh i know who you are" kinda creepy tbh. and this same ex has been stalking my profile on different webs and apps like tik tok, insta ect. and he had also told people my location his friends, cousin ect. and I have no clue what to do since I live 2 hours away from the state he lives at aka where I used to live. after me and this guys break up his cousin harassed me and threatend me to beat me up and shit.
