Always got pissed off the navbar was unusable if you were at the bottom of someone's profile. This fixes that issue by attaching it to the top of your screen FOREVER
Can be used as profile CSS or as a site theme. Do whatever, it's literally 2 lines of code.
nav {position:fixed;z-index: 100;width:100%;top:0;left:0;}
main {margin-top:150px;}
The bottom bit of code might break certain profiles so I'd advise to look through your CSS first to see if there's a margin there already. It's only really necessary so that the navbar doesn't obscure content.
