my music taste ⭐💗 (sort of basic white girl)

okayyyy so recently I've discovered a TON of good albums and songs!! music is such a big thing to me, and I went from having like, the epitome of basic white girl music taste (taylor swift, sabrina carpenter, olivia rodrigo), like literally only pop girles. but I'm gonna tell you some songs I'm OBSESSED with.

"superglue" by role model - 🤠🤠 the WHOLE "kansas anymore" album is so amazing, coming from a country music hater. but "superglue" is just soooo perfect to me. role model is SUCH A GOOD LYRICIST!!! I feel like the whole message is personal and resonating to me, so that's partially why I love it. I also luv a repetitive song, and it def is. the chorus is so catchy, I'm in loveee

"caramel" by conan gray - my favourite song from the whole "wishbone" album, caramel is soooo good. the lyrics are SO GOOOOD and it's such a crashout song. conans vocals always serve. hear it live changed my life, no joke. 😭 I went to the fairfax concert (luv u eaglebank arena) and literally sobbed. it was the last song he played, bawled my eyes out the whole time. (not that I didn't every other song too)

"lover girl" by laufey - Okay I know when ever I say lover girl is my favorite laufey song I get the fake lauver allegations. guys I love her music. sometimes songs are good so they get popular. anywayyy I LUV "lover girl" the whole album is a hittttt. laufey has such a relaxing voice, the claps are so cuteee. 👏 the chorus is so soothing and Disney princess codeddd

"you're just a boy (and I'm kinda the man)" by maisie peters - LUVVV masie, so excited for mp3!! (I think it's gonna be "autumn" 🍁) anywayyy, I love this song because the lyrics are just so witty, and it's sooo good for just trying to get over someone. maisies vocals are so good, I love love love her!! 

"email's I can't send" by sabrina carpenter - IM TALKING ABOUT THE SONG HERE!! Anyway, in my opinion, I think that this is the best song in sabrina's entire discography. it's very short, but it's so sad and slow and amazing. she wrote the lyrics on her own and they're so heartbreaking yet amazing 💔

"(online love)" by conan gray - MOST UNDERRATED SONG OF ALL TIME! it's only about 30 seconds, but it's the greatest song I've ever heard. the lyrics and the guitar and the vocals ahhhhh! conan said we wanted to finish it but he just didn't have time and it breaks my heart. it's just so relatable to me, and so special to me, I luv it sm!!
