Long Days

 September 24th, 2025 - Senior Year, Journal 1 

Hey, 

Its been a long fuckin' week.

I'm finally almost over being sick which is really nice, actually. It sucks that I haven't had the mind to actually journal anything in the last few months, depression can really sap your energy in ways that are more frustrating than anything else, and boy if this ain't that. It's nice to get back to it, and since my stupid carpal tunnel has made it to where I can't write on paper anymore, well. Digital Diaries it is. 

I recently found not one, but TWO(2) iPod Nanos for literally free, which rules, even if getting my music onto them is a feat and a half... This is what I get for having over 1900 songs on one playlist. Oh, limewire and Napster how I miss thee. I had to dust off iTunes, and let me tell you, music is still some how cheap as shit to actually buy with real money (Digitally, at least). One of my favorite songs of all time? The entire album is $9.99. Have prices really not gone up on this stuff?

Unfortunately I can only use one of them right now, since I don't have a charger for the little one. I don't even know how much space it has. I would like if they were both 16gb, but my hopes are not high. In either case, I'm really glad to have them, since I'm trying to get back to using single purpose devices in general. I've been keeping my eye out at thrift stores for cool stuff too, so hopefully I find something neat soon.

I could sit here and ramble about all this for hours, honestly, but I should really get ready for bed.
