Sometimes I got into a point where I'm like overwhelmed by voices, constant explanations, sometimes even talking. It feels like there's nothing to do but I know there is and I know if I stand up I'll do all of them. This doesn't happen like all the time but happens at least once in a month. At those times I take myself away from social media, hold my daily talk minimum and just sit in silence and just remind myself the things I adore, grateful for, the support I got from family and friends. Just remembering things that we mostly ignore or forget about while living. I think that's an disadvantage we all get from our constant fast lives. Always living fast. Always staying productive more more more more... At a point we all forget that we have a lot of things that maybe others want, wish they were like. And another thing I think really important is that sometimes social media says "glow up for blah blah" that they all miss a point that becoming better version of yourself is a good healing and a thing for yourself but that doesn't mean that you weren't already enough. Because no matter how the "glow up" was divine your past self is you as well and social media sometimes (some people) you were horrible and now you're the "it girl", but that's not true. You're past self was different but never not enough.
do you feel it too?

Nameless
We're "shaped" by society to live fast, work hard, ignore pleasure, produce produce produce. I think I'll try to take a break sometimes just like you, it seems that in all the chaos we forget that we're part of the universe, part of nature, we're not different from animals or plants, we're all under the same sky, yet we keep on going contra natura.
I totally agree and taking breaks makes me notice, notice the details, the nature, the grateful things so I understand and agree your point. Definitely recommend taking breaks, it helps. :)
