like father, like son (Pt. 5)

   I want to quit my jobs, but I'll be bored and broke if I don't have jobs. So I did the next best thing someone with an opportunity presented to them would do. 

I decided to take my father's offer to [redacted] with him. This is a decision that was made after several days of intense contemplation, online research, and real life advices. The whole conclusion ended up with 'that I really shouldn't do this', but I create my own truth. I'm going to do this. 

The next time we meet-- and the start of [redacted]-- will be next month. He'll inform me the date and we'll discuss it over text to make sure our schedules allign. I'm gonna spend at most two days [redacted] with him, and the recovery period may vary. 

I'm not sure what will become of me and my future after this. It's not going to be so bright, I assume. 

I quit my part time jobs-- leaving just one for my life's stability--right after I made up my mind. 

I checked my college website and it says there that my tuition had all been covered. Nice. 

He also sent me money to spend however I want. And by gods, I will spend it. 

I spent my days going to class, eat and order food from every kinds of restaurant there is, buying books from my wishlist, and so on. 

Life is good.

Oh. This is... my half brother. And he wants to talk to me. Surely he's not planning to purge my whole existence? I'm not interested in his position, and father already said to me that he would give me anything but the right to be his successor. 

I hope the worst thing that he'll do is throwing a glass of water right on my face and telling me to scram. 

God, I really hope.
