The last two days

I am EXHAUSTED to say the least. Monday and Tuesday was tough in terms of my training but thankfully Wednesday is a public holiday and also a rest day !

Mondays set was so hard that one of the twins on our team threw up twice. We had to do a tempo, then it was 3 sets of 300m fast, 50m jog and 150m all out sprint. I only did 2 of these because it was so damn hard. Then, the cherry on top was the door to the bathrooms with the changing rooms being locked, so we had to go around through the pool to get in. Ashtyn walked in and got yelled at by the boys because "we're in our underwear" okay and whos fault is that.. They decided to take a swim. And then as I walked out I saw them in their underwear STILL. Then, I mixed up CAT with consumers and ended up 10 minutes late to my lesson.. Hectic day, got my marks back and they were pretty good. Seems to be a 86% average again.

Tuesday (today) was also hard but I managed to push and do everything. We did 5 hills which killed me, (6) 100m sprints and oh my GOSH I hate 100s. Then a repeat but a bit less, 3 hills (thank the lord) and (4) 100S. I hate 100s so much they make me really dizzy and nauseas. I damn near nearly fainted it was hell. The day was so so so tiring and I have such a bad headache but at least I can now sleep and rest for a day before it continues.
