TF2 not enough memory help needed (PLEASE😩)

My school just gave us laptops, it's a lenovo V14 G4 (Hopefully I said it right..) and I just downloaded tf2, anddd sometimes it works well (and dosent lagg at all everything's soooo smooth) but sometimes the game crashes and hits me with the not enough address space or memory yada yada and it just confuses me cuz I did said sometimes it runs smoothly without crashing right?? And I got nothing else installed to take enough space.. (expect for roblox..but that's nothing obv) i gotta use my phones 4G wifi and sometimes it can be a btch and not give my laptop enough connection so this might be the one causing it all?? The laptop is also asking for too much updates and for some reason I CANT update it ALL at once..so if anyone's got a solution..PLEASE help me out before the laptop gets it
