DUDE IM SO INSANE he like. he wants to be all cool and clearly looks up to elliot like a lot and i think thats cute!! but he is such a geek. he loves star wars and collecting action figures and he REEAALLYYYYY likes cats. he loves cats so much which is ironic for a guy who's last name is finch. he collects all things cat related and he has porcelain cats on his desk at work and he names them and he plays with them like toys and he has a pet cat and he goes to cat shows. this is all things we have seen in the show i am not kidding!!11!!!!!1!!1 he's also insanely smart like he has hacked the government on multiple occasions??? i know its stupid to analyze a character from a sitcom like this but duuuude   i love him so much. he's so silly and sarcastic and i want him so badly.

i've been having a really bad day but lalala finch makes it better in my heart,, i've been watching jsm all day and finch makes me feel all silly. i rarely ever make self insert ocs but this show is making me consider it cuz LALALALA FINCH FINCH FINCH i think he is GAY! or at the very least bisexual cuz him nd elliot defo had sumn going on and he wishes he had sumn with jack. I LOVE HIM SO MUCH AAHHHHHHH there's an episode where nina is being really mean to a bunch of parrots and finch is really good with them?? like not in an overblown sitcom way he's just sitting in nina's office nd talking to them and AS A PARROT OWNER MYSELF i thought it was really cute and i love him a lot!!!!! even though that episode pmo badly cuz its elliot's brother pretending to be disabled but whatever

IM TIRED OF SEEING PEOPLE MISCHARACTERIZE FINCH AS A PESSIMISTIC WHORE HE IS MORE THAN THAT!!!!!!!!! he loves cats and star wars and really good movies and his friends and his job!! i love when they do a genuine scene of finch caring for the rest of the group bcuz we dont get it a lot!!! he is so fuckign cute i love him badly. he doesn't know how to show is love and appreciation (at least  not in a platonic way) so he lets his feelings shine through his actions and i think thats so cutesy and i love finch so sosososososo much :3
