I had the weirdest dream ever

I had a dream that ants had managed to crawl into my foot and I could feel all their crawling in my skin and chewing on my skin. It was very vivid and since ive woken up I SWEAR I keep feeling things crawl on me IT WAS VERY WEIRD TO ME AND I HATED THE DREAM
