Adults these days...

I hate how adults are like: "Kids shouldn't be on the internet", "they are too young to be on here" Like hello? this is the era of technology, how are kids not supposed to be on the internet if its apart of our day to day life? I know the internet is scary, it's dangerous, but everything in life is. a car can be dangerous, family members can be dangerous, a flipping floor is dangerous. There is literally no way a child cannot be put in danger and you can't protect them from every little thing cause they could never be able to learn how to take care and keep themselves safe.

As a 'minor' myself, I've learned much from the internet, more than my parents would probably know. Of course, for most places, children have the flipping right to learn and to be taught no matter who is saying it. "But there is a big spread of misinformation-" I know, that's obvious. And if a child was not raised properly to not believe what everyone says than I believe it would be the parents fault or their communities. Children are taught their fundamentals by their parents and people they or their parents surround themselves with. If your child did something against the law than it probably put into their mind by others. But I must add, it isn't always the parent's fault, it can be a friend's fault, a lover's fault or anyone else's fault. I will also add that sometimes it isn't always the people that they surround themselves with, but their families dna. It would makes sense, right? after all, the brain has dna, blood has dna, eyes have dna, EVERYTHING IN YOUR BODY HAS DNA. so, since dna can be passed down through generations, then it would make sense if a child had a criminal mind or due criminal things due to someone's dna who placed the idea there in the first place.

Anyhow, I'm getting side tracked.

Adults are scared more scared than kids. It has its ups and downs. If you were a parent you would probably want your child to be safe, healthy and alive, right? And sometimes, some parents are a bit too overprotective. And those adults that say "kids shouldn't be on the internet" are the strict ones. I don't make the rules, but the probability is so high it is very likely. So sorry not sorry if you believed you would be a nice and easy going parent in your kids and their friends eyes. Another thing that should be noted it that if you are overprotective or your parent is, you were or making your kid isolated or 'shy' or quiet. This happens very often with overprotective parents. And if you keep them isolated, they won't know what it's like to be free from their/your flipping grasp until you give them a chance to or when they decide to break free.

The common saying, mostly said by adults: "Kids these days" is a FLIPPING INSULT TO KIDS. Of course, I would be offended by this saying and I am offended. And as pay back, I named this blog "Adults these days..." so yeah, flip those who have said that (the kids ver). "It isn't that big of a deal-" then why are men getting angry about the "man of the year" trend? it isn't a big of a deal, and yet they make a big deal about it anyways, like seriously, annoying as hell if I ever saw someone be rude under a post about this trend.

And above all this, the last thing I say about the topic: Kids are smart.

  1. Babies: Cute, seemingly dumb, learning.
  2. Toddlers: Childish, quite savage, and learning more.
  3. Kids: Playful, childish, imaginative, in school, learning more.
  4. Teens/young adults: Rule breaking, rule following, troublemakers, in school, learning more.

What do you notice in this list? they are all learning. I know some might say: "they know nothing" They know things, maybe not everything, but they know, they might know things you don't even know and the same thing can be said the other way around.

Kids have brains, they are smart, they can listen, they can help for themselves. And some adults can't notice or don't even care about it. They can do or learn how to do something with or without your permission if they feel like it, and this is from a an underaged person too.

And if I maybe go back on my word for a bit, this is the actual last thing I have to say about this topic: Kids are better than adults

If you didn't notice, have you seen how much more willing most kids are to include people with different beliefs? different backgrounds? culturels? and personalities? Nowadays, adults try to put everyone in their own little section, make a hierarchy, be selfish, keep everything under control.

Adults are controlitive, kids are freeing.

And that is all I have to say.

And if you don't agree with me, I do not care.
