I sometimes forget reality is a real thing

I forget that other people actually have consciousness and like everyone is real and IM real like bruzz wdym im not in a dream or a vr game strapped to my head. likeeee wdym time is progressing and things are happening and theres a history to the world.. like no way the world didnt spawn in when i was born. Anyway this mindset is lowkey getting in the way and becoming a problem bc I cant seem to do my work since i dont see a point in doing them cuz like it feels like im not gonna make it past highschool anyway like i know obviously I will but its hard to do the work or remember to do it. I also have trouble keeping my friendships normal because Im not thinking too much about how they feel or stuff like that cuz its hard to remember or think of them as an actual consciousness so thats wack. Also my memory sucks it didnt always used to be this bad idk what happened but its whatever and also i rarely have dreams well like everyone has dreams but Some people dont remember them at all and thats what I do but anyway so sometimes i might have dreams but i dont remember them in the morning and only remember bits throughout the day like you would a memory so sometimes I cant differentiate my dreams from my memories like imagine ur talking to a friend and theyre talking about "hey wanna play a game?" and ur like "Sure what game?" and theyre like "uhh idk what games do u play" and then u remember like "ohhh I remember them saying they play minecraft or sum" but then later u realize they never said that and it was just a dream you had like is this just me whos experiencing this? chat lmk ur opinions down below :p
