Why are animated women and men so much different then irl??

Listen, that's a genuine question that I need a genuine answer to

I watch a lot of shit every day, and most of this shit is just random, but every once and a while I'll come across a little animation with the most BEAUTIFUL woman, or most HANDSOME man I've ever seen. It literally feels like I find a new fictional crush to obsess over every day

i've literally seen one clip of an animated show with some majestic somebody in it and watched that show JUST for them. This has happened more than i'd like to admit, although I'll admit I started watching Epic the Musical bc I saw an animation of Circe. You cant blame me for that

PLS

I feel like I'm going insane going crazy over fictional characters animated in a computer rather than real ppl

Because animators will create ideal, attractive characters to draw people into their shows. Nobody in real life is perfect, so oftentimes people will turn to online content generated to satisfy their craving for perfection that doesn't exist in the real world. This is why so many people got hooked on AI bots, because in real life you'll never find someone who satisfies every need you could have and agrees with you on everything.

I don't judge anyone's lifestyle. Don't get caught up in dangerous echo chambers, and you'll be fine.

Yeah but "attractive (conventionally, I do in fact find all them concerningly hot) and ideal" describes maybe one of my fictional crushes and i've had MANY. Like none of these people are ideal. The only person i've found hot that most people seem to agree with is Calhoun from Wreck It Ralph. like my taste in men is borderline concerning sometimes why are fictional duck men attractive
