Spoilers up ahead btw, you have been warned
I'm currently on act 5 of book 2 AND I CAN'T STOP SMILING AJHGDAJGDJA
GIDEON MY BELOVEEED RAAAAH SHE IS BACK IN ACTION
I'VE MISSED HER SO MUCH
They are so doomed man. So very doomed.
Anyway, as I said to my friend, during the first book Gideon is convinced that Harrow hates her, which is kinda true, but she's also planning their wedding. Second book is Harrow being that one guy in movies who lost his wife, but there are no flashbacks to her frolicking in a field cause he had a lobotomy. Lovely stuff.
The fact that Gideon is convinced that Harrow had her locked away with the unnecessary memories but the second Harrow remembers her she breaks down and starts sobbing in front of others, but Gideon is not there to see it or talk it out, instead she's in Harrow's awake body fighting the terrors(╯°□°)╯︵ ┻━┻
AND THE ATTEMPT TO SAY THAT SHE LOVES HER SO HARROW STARTS FRONTING AGAIN, BUT GIDEON CAN'T SAY IT SAJDKAJHSDKAH
AND THE BARISTA BUBBLE AU WHERE HARROW SEES HER "FOR THE FIRST TIME" AND INSTANTLY FALLS IN LOVE?!!?! (brought to us by the goats: duo from the Fourth)
I CAN'T WITH THE DOOMED NECROMANCER YURI ANYMORE (I need 5 more books and a comic series at the very least)
They are everything to me ಥ_ಥ
Also, I'm pretty sure that the body Harrow is seeing and hallucinating isn't Alecto but Gideon
The way she describes it so lovingly, like the Body is a deity being a stark contrast of Gideon's thoughts about how Harrow looks like a walking corpse but oddly enough she still likes her etc
