undertale anniversary stream pmo

ok so like if you didn't know, in the undertale 10th anniversary stream in all of the areas they're adding new content? it kinda varies im not gonna spoil anything for anyone though. but tricky tony radiation fox said that these areas were exclusive to the stream and would never be officially released for playing. n thats fine right.

MY problem is though, in the ruins new little area, BRO THE GUY PLAYING IT WAS IN THERE FOR LIKE 20-30 SECONDS???? he walked in, looked around, went into a room, interacted with two items (one of them twice for some reason) and then went back??
