It's great as a retro gamer to discover stuff you never knew about.

It is called Guardian Heroes and it is a beat em up game with a great mechanic where there is three lanes of play and you to alternate between the three to get all the bad guys. 

The play lanes idea has been used very badly before in other games. I remember the SNES version of a Power Rangers game using the same idea but really badly. Guardian Heroes however seems to regularly be on lists of best ever beat em up games.

Unfortunately I do not have a Saturn and don't have the room of money for one after a recent big purchase I have made ( Will show that big purchase off once it arrives) so my choices are: 

A. Download for Xbox Live but I am retro collector so would love something physical

B. Buy the GBA sequel which is apparently a great game in its own right but does not have the same mechanics.

C. Buy the game Code of Princess for either the 3DS or Switch as it is basically a spiritual successor to the original according to all review.

At the minute I am leaning towards B or C due to the fact I prefer having a physical copy but might just get the original anyway for Xbox if I can find the one of the other games cheap enough.
