OKAY. TOTALLY FREAKING OUT.
I started cross country a year ago and I've been taking it pretty seriously.. well.. its over.. and athletics/track has officially started and I am HORRIFED.
Everyone is so damn fast and I'm still really slow, I was even struggling during cross country how on EARTH am I meant to cope with this?
I made the mistake of signing up to do a 3000m and 800m race THIS SATURDAY. I am not ready.. and I'm running against some pros. Gosh I'm going to embarrass myself so bad. I'm so scared it's not even funny. A pace under 4 minutes for all races just sounds impossible to me. My heart rate gets too high I'm terrified I have no idea how I'm going to do this.
Anyway, I'm just using this as a digital diary. See ya whenever !
