Coding on here is so complicated! (￣～￣;) I thought my tumblr years would give me experience but I forgot so much of it.･ﾟﾟ･(／ω＼)･ﾟﾟ･. Seeing so many cool profiles and layouts gives me so much inspiration but I don't know how to translate it to my profile!! I worked for hours last night working on mine just for it to not work at the end ☆ｏ(＞＜；)○ Oh well, I just made my account yesterday so I don't need to be perfect already!! I'll figure it out( ´ ∀ `)ノ～ ♡

I learned back in the MySpace days how to do it by taking premade layouts and taking them apart to learn how each thing worked.
I then took that to my web design class in high school and finished the final project in the first 2 weeks. Got to coast and play games the rest of the semester.
It's not that important though, tbh. Just find a prefab that as close to how you want your profile to look, then change the values and image URLs to stuff you want. Nobody cares as long as it's sorta neat ;3
